I had the same parchment interior. Came from Texas with original drive train but it was an auto.

Judges typically had less options than regular GTO's, probably a combination of a younger buyer demographic and the extra $330 odd bucks of the Judge option itself limiting the buyers stomach for extra goodies. In my 69 GTO PHS collection (almost 1,200 cars including about 540 Judges) the average factory installed options per judge (including the judge option itself) is 10.8 versus 13.8 on non-Judges. The highest option Judge has 30 options and only 4 others are over 20. Interestingly none of these top five optioned Judges would be considered "loaded" in the normal sense of the word, none are automatic, only two have power windows or locks, only two have AC and only one has a power seat or a stereo. Instead they are optioned up with a bunch of small bits like mats, mirrors, lamps etc. Two of them (including the top one) are RAIV cars. The top car is a windward blue car with a black cordova top and guts, RAIV, M21 and has power flow ventilation. So, in this sampling (which represents about one in 12 judges) less than 1% have over 20 options. At the other end of the spectrum two Judges have only one option (the judge option itself) (that curiously were both ordered by the same texas dealer). Over 25% of the Judges have less than 10 options. The pattern Judges had 11 or 12 options.
By comparison, almost 12% of non Judges have over 20 options and 1.5% are in the 30's. At the low end of non judges there is 1 car with no options (limelight green sold in Memphis).
