Got some death wobble there. Sometimes called speed wobble.
Couldn't tell ya what's causing it specifically though. Suspension new, or just the problem new?

Looks like a neutral or negative caster setting and some Bump Steer issues.

Toe-in might help some but if a clearance issue then new components required asap. Ideal is tight clearances and toe-in with proper caster and camber on a stock suspension. A rack will not solve if Upper and lower suspension components are worn or cracked. I would check every piece of that front end including the steering box and then make a decision on if you need an upgrade. Tom Vaught

Good luck with your project upgrade. Check the frame upper and lower control arm mount locations for cracks too. Have seen them on F-Birds more so vs A-Bodies. Tom Vaught

I'd check toe in and caster also.

Looks like a bump steer issue. Do you have limiters on it? Make a bump steer gauge kit and check it with suspension at full extend. If stock Im betting its off 1/2" or more at full extend. Tying it down will bandaid the problem.
Mine did the same until I put a rack in it. |

You got the poor thing worried. |

Is it the OEM style or the generic race version?

John, I am sure you have, but, if not, check the pitman arm to steering box splines. I had this problem with my car-loose PA.
