I replaced my blinker wiring and cancel cam. Now my blinker cancels right at straight ahead in one direction and doesn’t cancel in other direction unless I turn the wheel considerably more than the turn requires.
My question is what is the correct procedure for fixing this ? |

(This should probably be re-filed under Electrical)
For a '65? It sounds like pulling the steering wheel off again and taking a close look at all of the mechanics is in order. Something is off - I'm guessing the cam is mis-aligned or something is off with your signal lever.
