Vintage Air with Factory V- Pulleys and Mechanical Fan vs Serpentine System E-Fan
I will soon be installing the VA system in my 69 bird. It has v-pulleys and 19" mechanical clutch fan. For those who have made the upgrade- have there been any cooling issues with afterwards? On a hot day mine runs about 192f on a 180 t-stat, so I think it is doing well.
Any other issues I'm overlooking with the v-belt system? Is anyone here doing the same with a serpentine system and recommend that upgrade? Which serpentine system did you choose and any issues?
