Stains in endura bumper?

I had my front clip media blasted today and I noticed after the paint was removed from my endura bumper there were stains where the factory paint had cracked. You cant catch them with a fingernail and when flexed do not open up. I'm guessing I won't need to v these out and epoxy them? I can only guess that where the factory paint had split left these hairline areas open to the elements causing the stains? If that's true I have a really clean 69 endura bumper!
