I can give you a .dxf file with 2.25" port openings so you can get laser/water cut. I drew up flanges for my motor as I needed 1.875" ports but couldn't find them locally so had to resort to computer wizardry to have made locally
With a port opening that big I need to move the the inner ports outwards slightly as to not overlap and not clip the bolt holes. This is how my set I made turned out.

i make 2 1/8" ones, the biggest problem is the spacing between the center bolt holes.. you could oval those holes up and down to get the 2 1/4" tubes into after opening and not loose bolt clearance. or what i do is a 2 1/8" stepped to 2 1/4" tube... depending on what you are doing that may be a better option..
