Question Data Plate Options

On the 1966 GTO data plate below the color, trim and style, are a list of codes for, I'm thinking options.
They are: W 2LGR 4F 5PY
And the hole in the lower left would indicate provisions for shoulder belts.
Is there a post or thread that has decoded these options or trim for the '66?
