Question Pics of Ram Air Manifold Repro's on a motor?? Anyone have some?? I need to see...

Could you fellas help me out and post pics of your motors with the Ram Air Repro Exhaust Manifolds?
PY is selling them for $299.00 and so is Raim Air Restorations. The manifolds have the 2.5 collector opened up. Do you know the ones?

I need to see them on the motors and in the engine bays so I can determine if I have the clearence to run them in my 1963 Tempest.

Could you all please help me out?

Thanks to all who chime in and help me out.

You should try emailing Ram Air Restorations directly. They've always responded within a few days with detailed specs answering all my questions.

PY shows them in their catalog, but they haven't had any in stock for quite a while.

Question

I did ask about measurements and I did see the pics that PY is selling.

But if I can see them in a car from an above shot and side pics it will give me a lot to go off of rather than not seeing them in an actual car.

A picture is worth a 1000 words.

Heres the topic covered quickly

http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...ght=ram+air+63

You may want to do a search for 63 tempests. I'm sure someone has tried it. Thats why I would email R.A.R.E. if some small mods would make them fit.

Also a search for ramair manifolds will turn up alot of photos here. They just may not be in 63's.

This thread has a couple of photos of original long branch manifolds bolted to the engine. The repro manifolds are pretty much exact copies of the originals. The particular engine in this thread was in a 1963 Catalina Station Wagon. I know the engine bay is going to be different but maybe this gives you a better idea.
