Default Another New Guy!!!

Yes another new guy with questions as I go along. Recently sold a 65 Lemans ( well actually 6 years ago) and loved it. so now I buy a 70 Lemans well the kid I bought it from put a 67 Olds Toronado 425 motor in it. Runs good . But right now I am doing the interior over from tan to black, bench seats auto on column.well first question is , I have a tilt wheel ,and its loose what is the procedure to tighten and also the shift indicator is coming off how do I reinstall it. Thanks for responses. and hope to be here alot now.
