Left front parking light lights but does not blink when turn signal is on?

You've got a bulb out on that side or it's not grounding good. I think most of the time others will blink because they have a HD flasher installed.

Check the socket on the lamp housing. This occurred on my 70 GTO and when I took the housing apart the socket was corroded and the ground was bad. PY sells a socket replacement kit for 6 bucks or so. Pretty easy to install, or you could buy the whole lamp housing for 60$.

I agree, bad ground at the bulb, burnt out bulb or corroded or rusted socket/housing. replacement would be my advice here.
