Default Did '71's with Rally gauges use Borg dash clocks?

My tach and speedo both need work, so while I'm in there I'm considering one of those quartz movement conversion kits for the little clock on the tach. However, these kits only work with Borg clocks, not other brands like General Time. I'd like to have the replacement movement on hand on teardown day because I'm hiring some help for the job.

So -- did a '71 Formula 400, Van Nuys build in 4/71, with Rally gauges and automatic trans, use a Borg clock? Thanks.

As far as I know they were all the same 70-early 78. I did a quartz conversion on my 77. Overall I like it. Pretty easy too.

Thanks BHill -- maybe I'll try reaching a little digital camera -- remember those? -- up behind the cluster and see if it picks up a Borg stamping on the back of the clock.

Happy Father's Day to those of you who qualify, BTW.
