this is what you have:

curious why you want/need 1/2" studs for the front? doing some heavy auto x'ing?

I autocrossed with road race slicks in my 78 TA and the 7/16 were fine.

Yeh 7/16 should be fine,i need them longer to fit a 1/4 spacer .thinking 1/2 inch due to the added spacer 1/2 inch holes

Ok found a 7/16 stud that is longer aprox 1\2" longer than stock.Dorman 610-156 from napa
