Default Vinyl and plastic dye proper method dark to light

Does anyone make primer to help going from dark green to white any sugg. how many coates are safe.

Eastwood sells a very good vynal dye and prep for it. I've used it before with good results. Clean it good, and use in 70 deg. or better temp and it works good.

about 3 coats would be good. Just give it time so that each coat has time to flash-dry and do it in "light" coat. About 10 min. between coats.
