Refrigerant oil capacity? HELP
Can someone tell me the refrigerant oil capacity for a '79 TA 403 w/ A6? total, not just compressor.

According to the Robinair service manual the A-6 system with R-12 takes a total of 10-10.5 ounces of oil.

'78 Pontiac Chassis Service Manual concurs. For my '67, the manual said 11 oz.. I added that much into the compressor sump and the system worked great.
