SBF Spider with Sealed Power HT-2148 Roller Lifters
Can anyone that's had success or failure with this hydraulic roller lifter retrofit give any advice before I try this. My second set of link bar roller lifters (Comp Shavers) have started making noise at around 4000 miles. Looking at this set-up, it's a big cost savings if it works.

You know, the rerofit roller lifters with the link bar were touted as a magic bullet. Looks like the failure rate is much higher then the HFT they replace and they are now taking whole engines when they go.
Maybe they have use in a garage potato but these threads are popping up all the time now. A whole lot of money for nothing really, all that pesky friction... |

From other threads, it sounds like the Johnson mid-lift are reliable.
