Default power steering pulley

Hey guys, trying to get things going here..............i have aluminum pulleys, am i supposed to tighten these till they touch the pump, i have them pretty tight and seems im off about a 1/8 to touch the back..........

There is a little play going back and forth by hand...........

About how tight should these things be......

This is where the nut is............look about right to you guys

Thanks

Rich

The aluminum PS pulley on my car just bottoms out where it needs to and doesn't touch the pump.
