I'm not sure. Could've been a Melling cam supplied to another vendor. I never used any cams from Melling other than the factory replacements and they didn't have numbers like that.

Possibly a Melling SPC-4 066 type cam or one of its equivalents mentioned here .

CS-641 is the Sealed Power number for the 066. Coincidence???
