$976.27 at Just Dashes.
Hanging onto your youth don't come cheap.

I had my headrests done at a local upholstery shop and they came out great. Maybe not hard vinyl but for $75 plus the vinyl who cares. They also covered the dash pad on another car in black vinyl for $150. Also great looking. Most people would not know the difference.

Just Dashes "restored" my headrests. The thin rectangular black plastic piece that was between the headrest mounting posts(not visible when headrest mounted) were missing when I received the finished headrests. The headrests originally had a molded bead around them that imitated the seat upholstery bead. Just Dashes had fashioned a barely visible, vague, vestigial attempt at "restoring" this bead. All in all, I was very disappointed with their work on my headrests. They are proud ($$$) of their work ! But as far as I'm concerned, this company should stick to what they made their bones on....just dashes.

I sent them a dash and console from a Trans Am a few years ago. After spending several hours and hundreds of dollars, I made their finished product acceptable to my customer. Very over rated in my opinion.
The pandemic saved them. |

The company that did the headrests was Columbia Auto Seat Covers in Lawrence Ma. That was a few years ago so it may be a little more now but it won't be any where near that price. Ask a shop near you. You may be surprised how much you can save.

They should rename the company "Just Cashes".

Rattlesnake Upholstry in Fairhaven VT. route 22A is closer to you. The owner Ellen Pritchard has done more than one project for me with excellent results. Also was affiliated with our local POCI chapter back in the day.

Not defending them, or their cost, but their location (yep Calif) and the hoops they probably have to go through, with their processes and chemicals likely has something to do with it.

If you are building a points judged car the price is probably worth it to you. My cars are just nice drivers. I just want them to look good and most people wouldn't know the difference.

Yow! That’s more than I paid them to do my ‘68 A/C dash pad.
