Default Just my luck again

Every time I look for a part for years as soon as I buy it I find another, first a rear defog switch, hard to find nice ones, then I find another. now t top bags, I find a nOS set then I find a perfect set, 78 date codes in each.
I answer a add on Craig's list for a set of t top bags, she didn't know if it was for their firebird or the Buick, turned out it was the firebird, The add was for $35. Talk about needing to change my Der's. Lol
I should do a t top bag thread, there were at least two diff styles, all are date coded inside. And changes in the logo through the years, fisher bags BTW.
Ive been keeping track of the diff bag a I come across, I do have 2 spare sets if anyone needs set, pm me. One 1978 and one 1980

That's always the way it goes. I cant tell you how many times I've bought something, only to find it in bunches the next week.

For me it usually happens with complete cars. Once I sell a car and begin looking for its replacement, I can never find one good example. Then once I actually buy something, there's bunches of cars that pop up that I would have been interested in.

I was looking for a nice 87-93 Fox Body Mustang a while ago, and couldn't find one. Now that I have two projects, there's no less than 5 Foxes on CL that I would buy.

You could break the cycle by not buying anything.

Lol, tomorrow is the All Pontiac Spring Dust Off, and Sunday is the Packard prov grounds swap, I feel the need for some parts. Lol
I found a set of 4 Dk blue mats, I have almost a whole interior for dark blue, 79 up It should be, with and without t tops. I still need kicks, and rear arm rests, then I have a comp interior. I always wanted to do another car, but I'm trying to get a 61 Cat I've had my eye on for a long time.
