S/W tank unit
I have an NOS tank unit in the box with pn 5641571 on it. I think it's for a '63-'64 full size station wagon. Anyone able to check that number? Might be for sale if I decide to go with a fuel cell.
Thanks, Rob...

Does that number change over to what's on the box or do you think I have something different?

The number was from a 1965 master parts book. Gas tank part numbers are the same for air and non-air cars. the sending unit that goes into the tank have different numbers.

The box I have has w/o AC written on it with marker. Is there a lising for pn 5641571? After re reading your post it looks like you have the pn for the tank, not the sender. I have a sender. My tank is rotted on the bottom and that's one reason I may end up with a fuel cell. That and the fact I'm putting a blown 433" motor in it so I need better fuel flow than a stock sender can supply.
