Chris, I am pretty sure that is a member of our local club. The current owner bought the car in 1977 out of a yard for I think the price of $200. To my knowledge it still retains the born with drivetrain. The photoshoot was done by Paul Zazarine at the GTOAA Nats in Louisville circa 2006. Paul Z stopped me during judging at the show and asked if I had seen any WW5 cars as he was looking to do an article on one. There were none at the show, but I directed him to the Adriatic Blue 71 that was atleast a 455HO 4spd car on the Popular Vote field. I think the article was possibly in Musclecar Review. I have a picture somewhere of Paul Z getting in the car with the owner to leave for the photoshoot. I graduated high school with the son of the owner in 1995 and it was regularly seen around town at that point, even in the high school parking lot.

Another interesting tidbit...Paul F (PaulatFast) used the car is his first wedding circa 1990 and his brother Dale (FAST_Dale) drove it. I remember having to help push start it after the wedding cruise was over.

It's one of my favorite blues ever - Lucy Blue doesn't compare!

The magazine article doesn't do it justice as it looks Lucy Blue.
