Default '66 Long Top

Don't see '66 wagons very often. This one looks pretty nice.

Too much $ I bet. Sloppy paint job with rust already coming through, ugly under hood. Underside looks good. Too bad, I would have gone to look at it if it was better or a lot cheaper.

Agree on the price, will probably go no bids with a 12k starting price. Didn't want to say that until I heard a few opinions.

Love the Long Tops but agree that price is a bit high. I'd be concerned most with the rust under paint - how much is there ?

Steve: any other Long Top would look rough next to your old car. Still have the pix of yours from the '05 convention.

If so, let me know. Mine sucks, and I am missing a letter on mine as well. Looks like a PITA to get it off. I'm starting a campaign on mine to get it to where all is as it should be except for paint.

I'll probably need one of those woodgrain back panels as well...Put me in line..

I agree, it's probably an optimistic starting price, but it does have a lot done on it that I wish was done on mine.
