Default Pypes; Do they Sell Dr. Gas or their Own X Crossover?

Seems like the design of the Dr. Gas X is similar as the one Pypes sells. Just curious.

what I know
Dr Gas invented the X. Virtually all the top NASCAR teams were using the Dr Gas X long before Dr Gas started selling to the public. 14 years later there are many imitators. There is a lot more to the design than the obvious X over.

what I think
The exact tuning of the X angles may or may not be the same on other brands. Likely no way for you or I to be able to know how different or if it even matters to our particular application.

The first place I saw the X exhaust, was for Motorcycles in the early 80's.
They guaranteed to beat any 4 into 1 pipe, but didn't have the clearance for corners...

I'm running a Pypes X pipe on my TA, the quality, sound and performance is excellent.
