On my 69 GTO, I have oil pooled between the block and the water pump. It seems at highway driving the oil blows onto the air filter pan and the top water hose and even under the hood....why is the oil comming out?

could be a number of gaskets, valve cover, valleypan, intake, timming cover,
What is your PCV connected to? Is the PCV free inside and can you hear it rattle when shaked?

Not sure Let me brave the 20 degree DC weather to see, the PVC tube I'm pretty sure goes to the air filter pan?

You PCV should be routed from the valley pan where it plugs in and the other end should be connected to nipple on a intake runner.
Cold here too in NH
