Default Exh Manifold Paint

I finally got my Flameable cabinet up on the wall today. While putting all my spray paint cans and other goodies away, I ran across a can of 1200* Cast Blast, a gray exhaust manifold paint. I got this from a vendor at one of the fall car shows up in PA. I was told by the vendor that it's the best he's seen for exhaust manifolds. It won't burn off and the longer you run the engine the better it is. He swears it's the best he's ever used. Cost me around 20 bucks for a 12oz spay can. Less id you buy it directly from Seymour Paint. To cure it for the required 2 hours, make sure the wife is gone and pop the manifolds in the oven. Or you'll have to drive around for a couple of hours.

I haven't used it on my exh manifolds yet, but I will as soon as it gets warmer outside.

Default VHT

I've found the VHT to be real good.
$20 as well.

Here's another Cast Blast but I see it says 250*s .... http://www.seymourpaint.com/cast_blast.html... 12oz spray can for $10.80. Listed in their Automotive section.

went with the Eastwood stainless steel high temp coating spray p/n 10394Z.
Seems to be holding up pretty good.
Can says Warning: Flammable liquid and vapor, contents under pressure do not puncture or incinerate, carefully read cautions on back label.
Must be good stuff!

This set was coated with POR-15 Manifold Grey (brush-on). These pics were taken after 5 years and 30K miles, they still look pretty good.

I found a High Temp spray-on at Home Depot. Rustoleum High Temp Flat Black 2000 Degrees. I have a can but I still haven't tried it yet.
