Default That's the high blower motor relay.

The car has A/C.

When you turn the blower onto 'HIGH' speed, that relay energizes and bypasses the blower speed switch and runs a direct circuit from the alternator post to the blower motor.

This ensures the highest possible voltage to the blower motor, and thus the highest speed and the most airflow.

Note that the wiring circuit from the alternator has an inline fuseholder just off the alternator. That's the first thing to check when the blower works, just not on high speed. Then you check the high blower relay.
