Default Power Trunk release wiring?

My car originally came with a power trunk release, but the only part that is left is the pigtail in the trunk.

So my question is how did the wire route through the trunk lid?

Also what are the color of the wires under the dash for the power release button?

This doesn't answer your question directly, but these wiring diagrams are great. Just don't have mine handy at the moment.
