How we reports scammers?
Is there a forum where we can submit names of known scammers to get them banned. I know they can come back under different accounts but I know of one that’s lurking out there ready to scam others. He tried me but I knew he was a scammer.

My apprehension was confirmed by this thread.

it would be nice if some higher up would execute isp bans;
when I was admin on another site I started using isp bans and it really helped - it prevented people from coming back. Odds are none of these d-bags are using a vpn to hide their locations - all the ones i saw and banned were based out of asia or russia.

Ii recently had a bad experience buying a part off a fellow py’er , this guy shouldn’t be allowed to sell here

Your location in your screen profile should be where you’re really located. If you think your paying shipping from a state away and their way out west, that isn’t rite
If I sell a part, it ships from the Detroit area, not California. It wasnt a dispute, I was lied to many times.

Report them to Bart or Stuart and they'll ban them.
Scammers have folks on edge here. One well known seller/buyer on here assumed I was a scammer because of a typo with the tracking number. Instead of asking for confirmation they went into full blown **tard mode assuming they were getting scammed when the parts were sent before payment and they were given the option of sending a check. Times are a changing! |
