Oldest OHC production vehicle
Just wondering if anyone knows who owns the oldest OHC equipped car. Aside from the Banshee, of course. That thing is unobtainium. Given that a '66 car may have been sold in late 1965, could one have been built in that timeframe? It would also have an extremely low serial number. I'm just curious.

Since record keeping in 1966 was marginal at best, we can only assume.
If I were to guess I would say any of the Test Mules lent out in 1965 to various Dealers and/or media camps. The Royal boys had been given many OHC powered Tempest/Lemans to plays with as well as Knafel and many many others. The one that really sticks out with me is the 8180 tag car that was used and seen in loads of articles of the day. I'll bet that poor car was beat to sh!t when it was returned to PMD. Finding the answer would be quite an undertaking for sure.
