235/60/16's won't fit on the front - they're 27.1" tall. 60 series 16's in that size are more typically run on trucks.
When we first ran 16's on my wife's lowered '72 we had 225/50/16's on the front and 245/50/16's on the rear. The next set of tires were 215/55/16's on the front and 255/55/16's on the rear.
I wasn't running 3rd gen wheels, but IIRC those that did put the fronts on the rear and the rears on the front for proper fitment on a second gen.
