I don't know Jeff, when I look at it sometimes it looks like a line where the undercoating was striped off of the panel, and sometimes I am sure it looks like a road sign (or other improper doner sheet metal) was welded in.
I also agree that I am unsure about the choice of top color. White probably would look better.
