I always use the Tire Rack to gather tire specs such as height and weight. Of course doing the math gets you close but as you know different brands make their sizes a little differently.

Recently purchased a pair of Hankook Kinergy 215/65-15s for the rear of my ‘57 VW bug, listed as 25.9” tall on the Tire Rack but I purchased them from Walmart and picked them up locally. Part of the reason I bought that brand was because it was the lightest tire in that size. Tire weight matters with a relatively delicate transaxle and axles. My bug has 160 hp and weighs about 1500 pounds and I do plan to beat on it occasionally, should run low-13s or high-12s.

Tire Rack has that 215/75-14 Hankook tire at 26.6”. Looks like they’re listing the wrong revs per mile. They’re definitely not 25.8”, a 205/75-14 is 26.1”.
