Quick ratio steering
I am looking for options to convert my loose 4 turns LTL power steering box on my 65 GTO. Are there any lower cost options out there. I see new boxes for $500+ but would like something less if I can. Does the Monte Carlo SS from the 80's fit other than a new rag joint and fitting inserts. All boxes have stops built in, and in different places. Camaro and Firebird boxes I think fit but have stops preventing it from working on a A body. I am looking for 12.7 to 1 ratio. Some sellers advertise LTL but depending where the stops are that number don't help. Any options appreciated.
