There are two different gloss blacks made by Eastwood. I tried the one I gave the link to in my previous post. Says on the label that it dries to 25-35%. It works great with very little shine. The frames call for a much glossier finish so you used the correct one.

Thanks to all for responding. I recommend the Eastwood product. Really easy to use but does have overspray so be sure to cover up anything you don't won't painted!
