I would look at what your goal is with the car first then I would look at how much horsepower you want to make then I would look at what your budget is then I would get with your engine builder choice and I would create a plan and stick to that plan I
If it's a just a street driven car that just needs to make pretty good power and lots of torque either one of those heads will work fine.
Sometimes we have too many choices.
