Plum Crazy...I'm assuming you have a non A/C car? On an A/C car, it is possible to put the blower motor in with everything assembled. But I understand if it's non A/C. The inner fender will come out fairly easily. If everything is all painted, then I would suggest masking everything around it, because it is tricky and stuff will get scratched.

I even put my inner/outer heater box in with the fender on (I didn't plan it this way, but it worked out in the end). I had it together & found that two of the studs were broke, so I had to pull it apart. I left the evaporator in, though. The sheetmetal was already on & lined up, and the engine was installed, so I let the bodyman have the car without the inner & outer box's. When I got the car back, it was a little tricky to put it together, but it all fit well.
