True, there is only so much you can expect from a RAIV style cam. It has an LCA of 112 degrees, so a little tighter than the factory cam. It still has plenty of grunt down low, actually more than the 8.5 to 1 455HO in my Formula with the M22 close box, 3.42 rear (7.7616 A-body vs. 7.524 F-body) and the 2801 cam.
