Shouldn't even be close.

That's only a 10.25 effective ratio. You'll need more than that to make 1st gear shorter than 60 feet.

I'm running one car with a 2.95 and 3.73's and a short 25.6" tire and it's still pretty far beyond the 60 before I snatch second, at least 30 feet past the box, and I'm only shifting that one at 5500.

Pretty sure he's running a taller tire than that too.
