Did you say that the carb had been monkeyed with in the past???
Need a lot more info to help you out. Mixture screws 4781-1 should not be a 4 corner idle carb.

Just idle mixture screws on the front in metering block. Yes carb was on a different motor dynod 15 years ago and had air bleeds changed and adjusted then. Rear power valve was already blocked off.
