Refresh my memory, where did you mount the regulator?
Sniper injectors are kinda large, and in some situations, can suffer from 'hammering'. The closer the regulator is to the injector(s), the less chance/effect there is.
Dampers are a band aid, it's best to deal with hammering by correcting any areas of the fuel system that needs it.
The seats do look great!
