There are two schools of thought in play here.

Soft springs stiff sway bars.
Stiff springs soft sway bars.

It has been proven both handle equally well, like when you weave cones, but I prefer softer spring stiffer sway bar because when you dive into a corner the softer spring allows a better weight transfer fore and aft.
