Most TAs were 5 leaf. SBC Camaros had 5 leafs. If you look at Detroit Eaton Spring's site they have rates. If you email then with thickness of each leaf they can even give a ball park which spring it is. Surprisingly most 5 leaf are softer ratesbecause each leaf is thinner.
My personal cornering preference 550lb+ front springs stock rear TA springs and a 1 &1/4 front bar and a 5/8 rear bar and good shocks like Bilsteins. Stickier tires help a bunch also.
