I liked the car the way it is. For those that want to drive a classic and not have to worry about it all the time, it would be perfect.
I paint for a living and yeah I know this stuff isn't cheap to do and do them right. We also drive them daily and those particular classics I prefer them a.little worn around the edges. Once I paint one it's seldom driven lol.
I'd leave that goat the way it is rust and all and have fun with it. Hell in AZ that rust won't go anywhere anyway and as long as the floors aren't yabadabadoo I'd just drive it.
I even showed this one to dad and offered to go get it. Would make a perfect daily driver for him as is.
