WOW my eyes must have been slits this morning.... looked right at that and didn't see the bolt head - it looked like a hole to me - sheesh! That body mount shouldn't move, so you might want to check it out but it's not the source of that noise - the others are right it's suspension related.... If you have access to a stethoscope that may help you find it too. You can pin it down to exactly which bushing is making the noise.
