I would like to see the build.First SBC rods unless custom wont work with a pontiac crank too narrow,that is why we used BBC.I went with the 326 crank so we did not have to cut the throws as much,actually only about 60 thou.The other is unless he had smaller valves put in the E heads there could be a problem with the valve to bore clearance.They did not dyno the engine?Only chassis?Send me the link if you can find it.This build took so long because of trying to make sure we hit it right.Dave chose the heads and valve dia to max the results.Tom
