Yes, Center Carbs are different from 1965 to 1966.
In Calibrations, in how the carbs bolt down to the intakes, and how the Rochester Engineers did the Choke Systems (to name just a couple of differences).

The End Carbs were mostly 1964 Calibrations or 1965 Calibrations for the carbs.
If you look at the info I have posted to date I have updated the 1965 end carbs with the correct changes made and the Rochester Products People made a number change to the carbs which helps to determine a change.

In order to create the information for the website I took the info from the sheets, transferred it to an excel file tab, and then later transferred that info from the tab to the PY Board Post.

You should be able to just copy the info for one carb and directly post it into a excel spreadsheet that has a row height of 24 and a column "C" width of 85.64 and it should fit perfectly.
