As mentioned above as far as errors go. Magazines have errors, SAE Papers DO NOT HAVE ERRORS.
Below is a cutaway picture of the 427 Le Mans engine that won that race in 1966.
You can clearly see that the pushrod tube is not in the port on those heads.
Therefore NOT a Tunnel Port Engine. The Tunnel Port Engines were used in Drag Racing for sure
but not in the Le Mans, Daytona, and other endurance races.
A small difference but still not correct.

DCI's RAM AIR V Tunnel Port heads do have a special transition vs the simple tube and fin in the port.
