I watched eBay for awhile to see what was up. It's been a long time so my memory of it is iffy but...

There are at least 4 if you want to break it out like that-

1- Square bore only- small runner
2- Square bore only- LARGE runner
3- Spreadbore only - LARGE Runner (bolt hole spacing with 4 bolts only not 8. The square bore bolt pattern can be drilled in if you want, the meat is there, they just didn't do it)
4- Spreadbore/Squarebore - LARGE runner

You will also see the bosses change around for accessories and the exhaust crossover style change between bolt on coil and that weird bulge on the side of the plenum with no pad at all.

You can see my actual Qjet intake in the pics above because of the distinct notches in the primary portion of the carb pad where the previous owner started to mod it.
