Enjoy your retirement, you have earned it! I "officially" retired after 33 years because I was offered a take it or be sorry package along with 45 others at my college. We were all replaced with recent college graduates at 35-50% of our pay. A good move for the college but a large brain drain from the school. Like was said above, I miss the people I worked daily with, not any of the administration. I stay busy so my wife doesn't load up every day with her projects. Play with your cars, travel and do the things you have been putting off because of work. I doubt you will miss it after 6 months or so.
