The first time I degreed the cam in someone was walking me through it as it had been 12 years since I last degreed a cam . And I just lined up the cam like normal and went about it.
This time I was by myself so I was looking at everything closely and I noticed the discrepancy in the instructions. It held me back a day and I just decided to run a single keyway non roller anyway.
Thing is, I could not even get a hold of Rollermaster to talk to them about their instruction mistake.
While Cloyes tech will pick the phone right up.
Screw Rollermaster, Cloyes all the way.
I just bought another 3/4 flat link set on E Bay for 35 $ It looks like it has a steel top gear too.
I looked back at the paperwork for the Elgin/Morse chain I am running. It cost me 10 $ !!
